For all levels of dancers and musicians. In this session, we will look at alegrías and how to build a solo in the form for dancers and for musicians, how to accompany the form. The focus of the course is to gain tools to react to musicians and/or dancers, understanding the structures of verses, and basic musical terminology to communicate between dancer and accompanist. We do NOT learn choreographies in this class.

* All Zoom classes can be taken live, or a recording can be sent the day after the live class and students can do the class at any time.

Masks are required for in-person attendance. Do not come to class if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. All Ohio/CDC guidelines are strictly followed.
